It is my pride to be one of the pioneers of Izhar Group. I cherish my association of 50 years with the group. I joined the company as junior accountant immediately after it came into being. For these 50 years, me and my management have gone through together through thick and thin. During my service, I was provided with excellent opportunities to enhance my qualification which was adequately availed by me and after completing my graduation, I also completed my LLB. I am still serving this company in capacity of its legal advisor and will continue to do so as long my health permits. Izhar has become my second home.
Haji Mohammad Nawaz Sial:

I have the honor of serving this company since last 48 years. I feel honored of my 45 years of association with the Group when I had joined this at quite young age. Now when I look back I feel as it was happening of just yesterday but my grey hair tell me the tale of entire 45 years. This life time stay with Izhar has been excellent and pleasant by all means. I am an eye witness to all the expansion, the group under went during this period and it gives me tremendous amount of pleasure to see that a small little plant, planted by our founder Mr. Izhar Ahmed Qureshi has grown up into a big shady tree.

I am serving with Izhar Group since last 42 years. I vividly remember my first day in Izhar when I had given my joining as a novice. My will and passion to learn was fully supplemented by ideal working environment. I was fortunate enough to get an illustrious team of professionals who groomed me with all their sincerity and played a vital role in my reaching upto this landmark. Adequate guidance of my seniors acted as a beacon and I kept progressing by leap and bound. Presently I am General Manager Construction (South region). I am serving in Izhar Group as senior contract Manager Since last 25 years. I had joined the Group as Junior Quantity Surveyor. Due to excellent learning opportunities, I got the chance to excel. I can very firmly claim that this will be the only corporate setup in the country where the personal needs of its employees are taken care of. Personal problems of the staff are addressed promptly and every endeavor is made to facilitate the employees. I have the privilege of being with Izhar group since last 18 years. After my retirement from Pakistan Army, it was quite a major worry as how would I adjust myself in the civil life.
