The project comprising of more than fifty Buildings/ Structures including Offices, Technical Buildings, Maintenance Hanger, Storage Structures etc. The Scope includes Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting & Fire Separation, Fire Alarm, Communication, Security System etc.  The project cost exceeds Rs. 3.70 Billion.
  • We have been awarded Construction DHA Haly Tower, is 16 Storey (including 3 Parking Floors, 5 Commercial Floors and 8 Office Floors) state-of-the-art commercial building. Total Covered Area of the building is designed for approximately 475,000 Sq.ft. The total project cost is 1600 Million in PKR.
  • Telecom Tower is 30 Storey (including 4 level Basements and Ground Floor) state-of-the-art commercial building that will stand tallest in Islamabad once completed by the end of 2010. Total covered area of the building is designed for approximately 600,000 Sq.ft of functional space including a well-planned car parking for 400 plus vehicles. The total project cost is 1300 Million in PKR.
  • Construction and Fit-Out of Fortress Stadium Mall including Hypermarket for Carrefour at Fortress Stadium, Lahore, the project value is 1200 Million in PKR.
  • Silver Oaks Luxury Apartments at F/10, Islamabad – a 13 storey residential complex with a covered area of 722043 Sq.ft and the project cost is 600 Million PKR. (Structure works completed.)
  • Completed 6700 TPD Cement Plant for M/s D.G.K. Cement Company Ltd. at Kallar Kahar constructed the following major structures
    • Cement Silos (3 Nos.) Dia 22 M, Height 65 M
    • Cement Mill (2 Nos. Vertical Type)
    • Clinker Storage, Dia 60 M, H 30 M largest structure in  Slip formed in Pakistan
